ከተኽብርዎም ዝግባእ ሕጋጋት

ናብ ማእከል መቐበሊ ኣጋይሽ ምስመጻእኩም፡ ሓደ ኣባል ዝዀነ ሰራሕተኛ፡ እቲ ቦታ ንጥፈታቱ ብዛዕባ ዘሰላስለሎም ኣገባባትን እቶም ከተኽብርዎም ዝግባእ ሕጋጋቱን ብዝምልከትን መብርሂ ክህበኩም እዩ። ኣብ ኵላቶም ሕጋጋት መብርሂ ዝህብ ሰነድ ክህቡኹም እዮም፦ ማለት ብዛዕባ ናይ መንበሪ ገዛ ሕጋጋት። እዚ ሰነድ እዚ ብዝተፈላለዩ ቋንቋታት ዝተዳለወ እዩ። እዚ ሰነድ እዚ ኣዝዩ ጠቓሚ ስለዝዀነ ንትሕዝቶኡ ብዝግባእ ከምዝተገንዘብኩሞ ርግጸኛታት ኩኑ።

ህላውነት ናይ`ዞም ሕጋጋት እዚኣቶም እቲ ቦታ እቲ ጽርየቱ ዝሓለወን ጽፉፍን ንክኸውን ሓጋዚ እዩ። ህላውነት ናይ`ዞም ሕጋጋት ውሕስነት ተቐማጦ ንኽረጋገጽ፡ ከምኡ`ውን ኣብ ልዕሊ ናብኡ ዝኣትዉ ኰነ ዝወጹ ሰባት ቍጽጽር ንምግባር ሓጋዚ እዩ።

ጥርዓናት

እዞም ሕጋጋት መንበሪ ገዛ ብዛዕባ እቲ ኣብ መቐበሊ ቦታ ዘሎ ኵነታት መነባብሮ ዘይትሰማምዑ እንተዄንኩም እውን ንዓኹም ዝኸውን ሓበሬታ ኣለዎም፤ ማለት ናብ ዳይሬክ'ቲ ኣብ ማእከል ምቕባል ኣጋይሽ ዝሰርሕ ጥርዓናት ናይ ምቕባል ሓላፍነት ዘለዎ ሰራሕተኛ ጥርዓን ከተቕርቡ ትኽእሉ ኢኹም።

እገዳታት/መቕጻዕትታት

ነዞም ሓጋጋት እዚኣቶም ምስዘይተኽብርዎም፡ ዳይሬክተር ናይ ማእከል መቐበሊ ኣጋይሽ እገዳዊ ስጉምቲክውሰደልኩም ይኽእል እዩ። ብዛዕባ`ቲ ዝብየነልኩም መቕጻዕቲ ወይ እገዳ ምስዘይትሰማምዑ፡ ይግባይ ክትብሉ ትኽእሉ ኢኹም።

ንእገዳዊ/መቕጻዕታዊ ስጉምትታት ከምኡ`ውን ጉዳይ ይግባይ ብዝምልከት ኣብ ሕጋጋት መንበሪ ገዛ ሕጋዊ መብርሂ ተዋሂቡዎ ኣሎ። ብወገን ናትኩም ኣሳላጢ/ት ማሕበራዊ ጉዳያት እውን መብርሂ ክወሃበኩም ዝከኣል እዩ።

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Sanctions and appeals are explained in the House Rules. Your social worker can also explain these rules.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
