القواعد الواجب اتباعها

عندما تصل إلى مركز الاستقبال، سوف يشرح لك أحد الموظفين كيفية سير الأمور في المركز والقواعد الواجب اتباعها. وسوف يعطيك وثيقة تشرح جميع القواعد: القواعد الداخلية. هذه الوثيقة تكون متوفرة بعدة لغات. الوثيقة مفيد جدًا ومن المهم أن تفهمها تمامًا.

تسمح هذه القواعد بالحفاظ على المكان نظيفًا ومنظمًا. كما تتيح القواعد ضمان سلامة السكان، والتحكم في سير الأمور فيما يتعلق بالأشخاص الذين يدخلون ويغادرون المبنى.

الشكاوى

ستجد في القواعد الداخلية أيضًا أنه إذا كنت لا توافق على ظروفك المعيشية في مركز الاستقبال، فيمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى موظف الشكاوى المسؤول في مركز الاستقبال الذي تعيش فيه.

العقوبات

إذا لم تلتزم باتباع القواعد، فقد يفرض مدير مركز الاستقبال عليك عقوبة. إذا كنت لا توافق على العقوبة التي تم فرضها عليك، فيمكنك الطعن في القرار.

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
