مقررات چې پابندي یې باید وشي

کله چې تاسو د استوګنې مرکز ته ورسېږئ نو د عملې یو غړی توضیح درکوي چې دغه ځای څنګه فعالیت کوي او د کومو مقرراتو باید پابندي وکړئ. هغوی به یو سند درکړي چې په هغې کې به ټول قوانین لیکلي وي: د کور قوانین. دغه سند په ډېرو ژبو کې موجود دی. دغه سند ډېر ګټور دی او مهمه ده چې تاسو پرې په بشپړه توګه پويي شئ.

دغه مقررات د ځای پاک او مرتب ساتل ممکن کوي. دغه قوانین د اوسېدونکو امنیت هم ممکن کوي، او په هغو خلکو کنټرول لري چې ودانۍ ته ننوځي یا ترې ځي.

شکایتونه

د کور قوانین دا خبره هم واضحه کوي چې که تاسو د استوګنې مرکز کې د ژوند کولو د شرایطو سره موافقه نه کوئ، نو تاسو د استوګنې د مرکز د شکایتونو د مسوول شخص ته یو شکایت ورکولی شئ.

ستاسو د استوګنې ځای لخوا د ځواب څخه راضي نه یاست؟ تاسو کولۍ شئ د فیدازیل و منطقوې ریس ته د info@fedasil.be له لارې شکایت واستوئ.

د فیدازیل د ځواب څخه راضی نه یاست؟ تاسو کولی شئ د شکایاتو فدرالي څیړونکې سره د www.federaalombudsman.be له لارې شکایت درج کړئ.

مجازات

که تاسو د مقرراتو پابندي ونکړئ، نو د استوګنې د مرکز رییس ښايي تاسو ته مجازاتدرکړي. که تاسو ته د درکړل شوي مجازات سره موافقه نه کوئ، نو تاسو د هغې پرېکړې خلاف درخواست ورکولی شئ.

مجازات او په خلاف یې درخواستونه د کور په قوانینو کې توضیح شوي دي. ستاسو ټولنیز کارمند هم دغه مقررات درته توضیح کولی شي.

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Sanctions and appeals are explained in the House Rules. Your social worker can also explain these rules.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
