Die einzuhaltenden Regeln

Bei Ankunft im Aufnahmezentrum erklärt ein Mitarbeiter Ihnen die Abläufe im Zentrum und die Regeln, die einzuhalten sind. Sie erhalten ein Dokument, in dem alle Regeln erklärt werden: die Hausordnung. Dieses Dokument liegt in mehreren Sprachen vor. Das Dokument ist sehr nützlich, und es ist wichtig, dass Sie es vollständig verstehen.

Die Regeln sorgen dafür, dass das Zentrum sauber und ordentlich bleibt. Die Regeln sorgen außerdem für die Sicherheit der Bewohner und gelten für alle Personen, die das Gebäude betreten oder verlassen.

Beschwerden

In der Hausordnung wird auch erklärt, dass Sie, wenn Sie mit Ihren Wohnbedingungen in der Aufnahmestelle nicht einverstanden sind, eine Beschwerde beim verantwortlichen Beschwerdebeamten an Ihrem Aufnahmestandort einreichen können.

Strafen

Wenn Sie die Regeln nicht einhalten, kann die Leitung des Aufnahmezentrums eine Strafe gegen Sie aussprechen. Wenn Sie mit der Strafe nicht einverstanden sind, können Sie dagegen Einspruch einlegen.

Strafen und das Einspruchsverfahren sind in der Hausordnung erläutert. Auch Ihr Sozialarbeiter kann Ihnen diese Regeln erklären.

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Sanctions and appeals are explained in the House Rules. Your social worker can also explain these rules.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
