Правила, которые вы обязаны соблюдать

По приезде в центр сотрудник центра объяснит вам принцип его работы и правила, которые вы должны соблюдать. Вам выдадут документ, в котором они описаны: правила внутреннего распорядка. Этот документ доступен на нескольких языках. Он очень полезен, и важно хорошо с ним ознакомиться.

Эти правила позволяют соблюдать порядок и спокойствие в вашем центре временного размещения. Правила также позволяют гарантировать безопасность для проживающих в центре и хорошо организовать вход и выход из здания.

Жалобы

Также в правилах внутреннего распорядка пояснено, что если вы не согласны с условиями вашего пребывания в центре, то вы можете подать жалобу уполномоченному сотруднику вашего центра временного размещения.

Ответ от сотрудников в месте размещения не удовлетворил вас? Вы можете подать жалобу региональному управляющему Fedasil по адресу info@fedasil.be.

Ответ Fedasil не удовлетворил вас? Вы можете подать жалобу Федеральному омбудсмену на сайте www.federaalombudsman.be.

Санкции

В случае несоблюдения вами правил директор учреждения может наложить на вас санкции. Если вы не согласны с полученными санкциями, то можете опротестовать это решение.

Санкции, а также процедура их опротестования объясняются в правилах внутреннего распорядка. Ваш социальный работник также может объяснить вам эти правила.

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Sanctions and appeals are explained in the House Rules. Your social worker can also explain these rules.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
