Changing reception place
Sometimes, asylum seekers can or must change their reception place.
You get reception during the examination of your application for international protection.
In which cases can you change the reception place?
- If you (or a member of your family) need an adapted place for medical reasons
- If your social worker thinks that your reception place does not meet your needs (for example if you want to be put together with your family or if you can attend a training).
In which cases do you have to change the reception place?
- When you receive a decision on your application for protection (end of the examination of your application)
- If you do not respect the rules of the centre
